Jacqueline E. Wade, Ph.D.
Dr. Jacqueline E. Wade is a scholar, educator, Black/Africana Studies curriculum specialist, multicultural education expert, program developer and evaluator, educational administrator and organizational manager. She has a Ph.D. in Education and a Masters of Social Work degree, earning both from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been cited for her exemplary educational leadership and provision of dynamic programs and services on international, national, regional and local levels.
Dr. Wade has more than twenty-five years experience as an internationally-acclaimed scholar and a highly-effective teacher, trainer, administrator and consultant in educational institutions, corporations, and social service agencies.
Dr. Wade describes herself as a "scholar/activist who prefers to use my long career in education, program planning and implementation, and organizational administration to encourage and assist others to use their intellectual and professional skills and their God-given abilities and talents to help bring about enduring and positive social change."
Dr. Wade conducts highly interactive, productive, effective and audience-friendly lectures, seminars, and workshops on how to identify and combat modern-day problems of race relations and other problems that occur among people of differing social groups and backgrounds. These activities are often highlighted by her research on racism, sexism, discrimination and other forms of human conflicts.
